"Several weeks ago, Davis Floors installed new carpeting on my 37’ Mainship MY. Now that I’ve had time to “live” with the new carpeting, I wanted to send this note with my evaluation of the work you performed.
Simply stated, I am extremely impressed with the overall installation. On the first day we met to discuss the project, you conveyed a sense of professionalism that gave me a feeling that you would treat my boat as if it were your own. That first impression was verified each day during the entire installation process.
The attention to details you demonstrated to ensure that the new carpeting was installed correctly and perfectly was evident in the final product. In addition, the extra steps you took to clean up before securing the boat for the next day’s work, was exemplary. Many, if not all, of the marine vendors I’ve used in the past for a variety of services, could take a lesson from you in professionalism.
