Davis Floors is a Flooring Contractor, not a retail flooring store, which means you call us and we come to you. We exclusively offer a Shop-At-Home service by appointment. We’ll bring you flooring samples to choose from or help you locate, elsewhere, the right product to suit your needs.
Why buy your new flooring from us instead of a retail store or other flooring outlet? Because, although picking the right flooring is a very important decision, the reality is that the product is only as good as the installation; a botched installation eliminates the value of the flooring. When you purchase your flooring from a retailer, it's the retailer who makes the decision as to who will be installing your new flooring, not you. Too often, the people chosen to install your new flooring are not the people you would have chosen. Hiring your own contractor means you're in control. And hiring a contractor who can also provide you with the new flooring means you get the added benefit of buying your new flooring from someone who has hands-on knowledge about which flooring will work for you and which flooring won't. We’ll ensure that the product you choose is installed the way it was intended and to your satisfaction.

For instance, we exclusively use the Kool Glide Seaming System (radio frequency seaming iron & thermoplastic seam sealing) coupled with the SeamerDownNow! vacuum seam curing tool to seal and permanently bond every carpet seam, rendering your seams the strongest part of your carpet rather than the weakest. We also Power-Stretch EVERY room, even closets, which will prevent your carpets from ever loosening up and making ripples for the life of your carpet installation. But the essence of our service, what really sets us apart, is how you and your belongings are treated. We call it "The Grandmother Treatment." We approach every job as if we were doing it for our own Grandmother. That's right, every single job. Whether we're working on a multi-million dollar yacht or a small back porch.
