This small family service business is extremely grateful for your patronage. We are very blessed to be as busy as we are and we try our best to respond to calls, emails and service requests as quickly as possible. Submitting this contact form is the best method to reach us because we are not always able to answer the phone and we do not offer emergency or immediate response to service requests. Because of the level of service we provide, we typically stay booked 30 to 90 days out and are always in high demand. As a result, it may take us a few days to return your call. We value our customers and their time and we ask that you give us as much notice and patience as you can afford. If your service needs are not specific to hardwood refinishing, and your timeline is more urgent, we recommend you call Hasty's St Augustine Flooring at 904-824-4311. Because our business is based on craftsmanship, we're not able to simply hire more people to meet increases in our business. It takes decades to develop the type of craftsmen that work for us. And the type of work we do is generally the type that most others cannot. So we're fortunate to have the very talented crews we do have and are always on the lookout for more talented individuals to add to our team.

 

We also don't advertise and are not looking to. Other than this website and free listing services, our business is all referrals and repeat customers. We stopped all paid advertising in 2011. So please no solicitors.

 

We are also heavily involved with our local church's food service program, which works in conjunction with Serving Northeast Florida and Farm Share. We believe hunger is solvable and the time we give is incorporated into our work schedule.
